Spring Term 2018
The term will run from 8 th January to 29 th March inclusive. Half term will be
week commencing 12 th February. The cost for the term will be £80 if you train
once a week and £160 if you train twice a week. (Adults £85/£170)

Summer Term 2018
The term will run from 16 th April to 26 th July inclusive. Half term will be week
commencing 28 th May. (NB There will be no class in Bennetts End on 7 th May due
to the Bank Holiday). The cost for the term will be £80 if you train once a
week and £160 if you train twice a week. (Adults £85/£170)

Autumn Term 2018
The term will run from 3 rd September to 17 th December inclusive. The annual
presentation evening will be on 20 th December. Half term will be week
commencing 22 nd October. The cost for the term will be £80 if you train once a
week and £160 if you train twice a week. (Adults £85/£170)

Fees are payable within the first two weeks of term unless you have made
special arrangements with us. Newcomers will have a trial session at £3.50 then
pay £7.50 a session for a few weeks until they pay the balance for the term pro
rata.

Karate can be of great benefit to all who practice it on many levels - physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Listed below are just some of the benefits of Goju Ryu Karate

CONFIDENCE  - Karate improves general well-being and vitality whilst encouraging assertiveness and self-confidence.

CONCENTRATION - Karate requires mental activation and therefore helps to improve focus and concentration.  Karate also helps with co ordination as the movements learned in the dojo encourage the student to master their own body. 

FITNESS AND STAMINA - Karate is a good cardiovascular workout and provides excellent cross training for a variety of sports. Karate also encourages perfect posture as it relies on the core stabilisation and hence strong abdominal muscles.

SELF-DEFENCE SKILLS - Karate is an effective martial art for self-defence as well as being an exciting dynamic sport. Karate also improves muscle strength and speed enabling you to react faster in life threatening situations.
