Karate classes for children aged 5 and up

 

Sasori Karate Dojo, Hemel Hempstead, is a Goju Ryu karate club that has been established in Hertfordshire for more than forty years! Sasori specialises in the teaching of karate to children aged 5  and up based in Hemel Hempstead.  We offer various levels of training from beginner to advanced, at two separate locations.  On a Monday night you can find us at Lime Walk Primary School and Thursdays we are at Apsley Community Centre.  Come on down to see us. You can be sure of a warm welcome!

The benefits of karate for children are numerous - we have even created a page on our website giving more information.  We believe that the Dojo Kun is a great way to live your life therefore we teach our children the following principles:

  • To foster the spirit of perseverance
  • To be humble kind and polite
  • To refrain from violent behaviour

A TRIAL SESSION COSTS £5 - If you like it we will work out the balance for the term (full term is currently £100 if you train once a week)
